Scope: HUMANAI HR digital resources and online learning sold/delivered through Payhip.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. Seller

These Terms govern purchases of HUMANAI HR digital products and learning products sold through HUMANAI HR's Payhip store/checkout and use of related content.

Trading name: HUMANAI HR
Country: Latvia
Email: connect@humanaihr.com
Website: humanaihr.com

Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these Terms.

2. Payhip sales platform

HUMANAI HR uses Payhip to provide the online store/checkout, digital delivery and/or learning access. Customers may be directed from humanaihr.com to a Payhip-hosted product or checkout flow.

Payhip states that for digital EU/UK VAT it acts as reseller and takes responsibility for detecting customer location and collecting, reporting and paying the relevant digital VAT. HUMANAI HR remains responsible for its own business, income, accounting and other obligations.

Payments are completed using payment methods made available through the Payhip checkout and the connected payment processor(s).

3. Products

Products may include downloadable HR templates, toolkits, guides, checklists, assessments, policies, playbooks, prompt libraries and similar resources, plus self-paced courses, video lessons and learning materials.

The relevant product page should state what is included, format, language, price, delivery/access method, access duration if limited, and material technical requirements.

4. Ordering and payment

The customer selects the product and completes the Payhip checkout. Before purchase, the customer should be able to review the key product information and total amount payable.

Following successful payment, Payhip normally provides the post-purchase download/access experience and sends or facilitates relevant order information.

5. Prices and VAT

Prices shown at checkout apply to the purchase. Payhip states that it handles digital EU/UK VAT for applicable digital sales as reseller, including detecting customer location and applying the appropriate VAT.

The final price/tax presentation should be verified in a live/test Payhip checkout before launch.

6. Digital delivery and course access

Downloadable products are supplied electronically through Payhip's delivery flow. Courses/lessons are accessed through the method stated on the product page and Payhip environment.

Customers are responsible for using a valid email address and reasonable compatible equipment/internet access.

7. EU/EEA consumer withdrawal rights

Consumers normally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts unless a legal exception applies.

For digital content supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium, loss of the withdrawal right requires the legal conditions to be met, including prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost when supply begins. HUMANAI HR will rely on the Payhip checkout/delivery configuration only where it validly captures the required consent/acknowledgement and confirmation.

A blanket 'all digital sales are final' statement does not override mandatory rights. Before launch, HUMANAI HR must test the actual Payhip buyer flow and ensure the withdrawal wording and any legally required online withdrawal functionality are available for contracts where the withdrawal right remains applicable.

8. Refunds and conformity

If digital content or a digital service is defective, inaccessible or does not conform to the contract, mandatory consumer remedies remain available. Depending on the circumstances these may include bringing it into conformity, price reduction or termination/refund.

For support, contact connect@humanaihr.com with the order details and problem. Any voluntary refund policy will supplement, not replace, statutory rights.

9. Licence

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for the buyer's own professional use and/or internal use within the purchasing organisation.

Editable templates may be adapted for that permitted internal use. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload to shared/public libraries, share paid course credentials, or turn HUMANAI HR content into a competing/substitute product without written permission.

Copyright and other intellectual-property ownership remain with HUMANAI HR or the relevant rights holder.

10. Learning access and acceptable use

Course access is limited to the purchaser and any expressly purchased/licensed seats. Access credentials may not be shared beyond permitted users.

Users must not bypass access controls, scrape protected content, interfere with Payhip/HUMANAI HR systems or use the content unlawfully.

11. Educational disclaimer

HUMANAI HR materials are educational and informational. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice. HR, employment, privacy, AI and regulatory requirements vary and change.

Users are responsible for assessing suitability for their organisation, exercising professional judgement and obtaining specialist advice where appropriate. No particular business, compliance or employment outcome is guaranteed.

12. AI-related materials

Where materials discuss AI tools or AI-enabled HR practices, users remain responsible for human oversight, confidentiality, data protection, employment-law compliance and appropriate validation of AI outputs.

13. Third parties and platform availability

Payhip and payment providers are independent service providers with their own terms and policies. HUMANAI HR is not responsible for independent third-party failures beyond responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

If a material access issue affects a paid product, HUMANAI HR will work reasonably to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy consistent with mandatory consumer law.

14. Complaints

Please contact HUMANAI HR first at [TO COMPLETE EMAIL]. EU/Latvian consumers retain access to applicable statutory complaint and alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms, including those administered or supported by the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC).

The discontinued EU Online Dispute Resolution platform should not be linked as if it were still operating.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Latvian law, without depriving consumers resident elsewhere of mandatory protections applicable to them.

16. Privacy and cookies

HUMANAI HR's Privacy Policy explains HUMANAI HR's processing. Payhip and the selected payment provider also publish their own privacy information for processing they conduct. Cookie choices on humanaihr.com are managed through HUMANAI HR Cookie Settings; the Payhip environment may have its own platform controls/notices.
